Returns

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a refund or exchange.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in the same condition you received it. You'll also need proof of purchase upon your request.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS-

- Gift Cards

- Worn or washed clothing of any type, including shoes, hats and bows.

- We do not accept refund requests if you have chosen an incorrect size or you have changed your mind. 

 

HOW TO RETURN:
To start a return, you can contact us on admin@lilbayes.com and if your return is accepted we will send you instructions on where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon receiving your goods. Contact us immediately if the item is incorrect or damaged with picture evidence so we can evaluate and correct any issues. 

 

REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your banking or credit company to process and post the refund.

This excludes customer input errors such as incorrect addresses and missing apartment/unit numbers. Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at the checkout prior to completing your order.

SHIPPING:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable unless your item has been declared faulty by no fault of your own.

 

SIZING:
Size exchanges/returns are not accepted due to our size charts being displayed on the site.
